男性不要礼让女性，帮助女性。男女平等，男性没有义务要谦让女性。谦让女性是国女对全体男性的规训， “好男不跟女斗”“绅士风度”是大型驯化教育。
1、出了天灾人祸不让要女性先走，我们的生命权是平等的。
2、恋爱，男性不要主动谈什么负责，请尊重独立女性，她不需要你负责。
3、如果女生骂了你，请骂回去。如果女生先动手，请狠狠打回去。
4、聚餐吃饭，男性不要主动买单，请AA.男性没有为女性花钱的义务
5、过节，男性不要送礼物，除非女生也为你准备了礼物。
6、工作、校园生活里，男性请不要主动承担脏活累活。人人平等，该是谁的就是谁的。
7、结婚，男性不要给彩礼，不要为其准备车房，爱结不结。女方是什么长相就配什么伴侣。女方有多大条件，就过多大范围的生活。男性请不要为女性支付生活。记住了，婚姻本来就是大幅降低男性生活质量，没必要下跪去找一个祖宗！
8、生孩子，男性不要被女性PUA,她爱生不生。不结婚不生孩子又不犯法，儿孙自有儿孙福，没有儿孙我享福。
9、男性要努力赚钱，但不能工资上缴。你也有享受生活的权利，该打游戏打游戏，该哥们聚会就聚会。家庭是夫妻共同支出，赚钱不是你全部的职责。除非你主动提出，需要妻子全职太太。
