的确，我们在年纪尚幼时，没有相对独立的是非判断标准，只能听从父母以及其他长辈的“教诲”，分不清什么是“爱的状态”和“爱的行为”时，很难将“爱”与“情绪操控”分开看待，盲目的认为只要是这些和我们关系亲近的人提出的，带给我们一定物质利益的就是“爱”。而随着眼界的开阔，世界观的建立，很多人认识到了父母对我们的欺瞒，认识到了他们的行为中没有“爱”，并开始反抗他们。但我们和其他人的交流模式也是从他们那里学到的，我们会不自觉得用他们对待我们的方法对待其他人，并由此让其他人反感我们。为此痛苦不已的我们又该如何调整行为模式呢？阅读全文
